Terms of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

You may need to create an account to use some or all parts of the Service. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

We may require account review, approval, or additional verification before granting access to some features. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

RejigAI provides creative, editing, and workflow tools for video and media-related use cases. Some features may rely on third-party providers or integrations. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

You retain ownership of content you upload, submit, generate, or store through the Service ("User Content"), subject to the rights you grant below.

You grant RejigAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, modify, and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, consents, and permissions needed for your User Content and your use of the Service.

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Upload, process, or distribute infringing, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, probe, or bypass the security or integrity of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or misuse the Service except as allowed by applicable law.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful code or content.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.

Some parts of the Service may require payment. By purchasing a paid plan, subscription, or top-up, you agree to pay the applicable fees, taxes, and charges shown at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and policies.

If you purchase a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Except where required by law or expressly approved by us, fees, subscriptions, top-ups, and credits are non-refundable. For refund requests, contact support@rejigai.com.

Credits have no cash value except where required by law and may be subject to additional product-specific terms communicated at the time of purchase or use.

The Service, including our software, branding, design, interfaces, text, graphics, and other materials, is owned by RejigAI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.

Some features may generate or transform content automatically. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, unavailable, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and deciding how to use them.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or others, failed to pay required fees, or where suspension is otherwise necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute resolution.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your exact requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RejigAI and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, business, or goodwill arising out of or related to the Service or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may post the updated Terms on the Service and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
